Loughborough University and Santander have joined forces to provide businesses with the chance to apply for internship funding.

Talent Match

The University’s Careers Network are on hand to connect students and graduates with employment opportunities – and to support the recruitment needs of businesses – through the Talent Match scheme. The scheme is financially supported by Santander.

Small to medium sized organisations (SMEs) are eligible to apply to the scheme, which part funds an 8-week, or fully funds a 4-week internship. Successful SMEs will receive £1,260 or £1,477 if based in London.

Interns will be current or former Loughborough University students. Internship applicants will have the chance to apply and be interviewed for your position. A member of the Talent Match team will be available to support you through the recruitment process and will work with students and graduates to find you a suitable intern.

Interns need to be hired before the end of July 2020. Internships may take place remotely or commence when lockdown restrictions are eased.
