News on The iNet operations during the national emergency

Like many of you, The iNet team are now working remotely, following government advice to stay at home.  We are still working and will do our best to help your businesses access the support that you need. 

All the team have full access to our IT systems and can be contacted by email, mobile phone AND our normal landline numbers.  Please contact us if you think we can help.

As usual your first contact point should be your Innovation Advisor (Pauline or Georgette) however all the team can see emails sent to inet@lboro.ac.uk and can pick up phone calls to: 01509 635270.  

We have altered our processes to allow for difficulties sending/receiving post.  If you have sent post to The iNet in the last week and not heard from the team, please let us know as it is likely we haven't received it.

During this period of remote working we will be:

  • conducting enrolment meetings via various video conferencing platforms or telephone  - we may need to arrange a face to face meeting once the restrictions are relaxed
  • providing application guidance as normal via email and telephone
  • accepting some paperwork electronically (but note, we will need the original signed paperwork eventually)
Please discuss imminent grant claims with your Advisor.

One golden rule to remember - DO NOT place an order before you receive an EMAIL WITH A GRANT OFFER LETTER attached.  If you do, we will not be able to pay you grant for those items.
