Meet the people behind the iNet

The iNet is a team of 5 with a variety of background and experience all working to deliver a range of programmes to small and medium sized businesses across a number of locations.

John Frodsham

iNet Director

John is Director of The iNet and guides the team to ensure alignment of activities with national and local economic development priorities. From an automotive industry product development background, he is a chartered mechanical engineer with business and project management experience gained from high-value engineering consultancy, simulation software environments, and commercial management roles in the supply chain. He joined Loughborough University in 2009.

Contracts Manager

Adele is an experienced ERDF contract management practitioner, involved in bidding, delivery and overseeing a significant number of EU and UK part-funded projects over the last 20 years; she has dealt with diverse project objectives and funding streams, embracing the challenge of claims, budgets, audit trails, paperwork, systems and procedures to ensure effective delivery of projects.

Innovation Advisor

As an Innovation Advisor, Georgette's primary role is to support, advise and guide small and medium sized businesses through the package of support offered by The iNet, as well as signposting to other useful resources. Her background is in manufacturing engineering, specifically process quality monitoring and analysis, and metrology.

Pauline Graham

Innovation Advisor

As an Innovation Advisor, Pauline's primary role is to support, advise and guide small and medium sized businesses through the package of support offered by The iNet, as well as signposting to other useful resources. Her background is in IT and she has worked in a range of sectors including the oil industry, rail, food and drink, retail banking, hospitals and local government.

Research Analyst
Kate is the team's in-house researcher.  As a qualified librarian Kate has a number of roles within The iNet, the primary one being small market research style projects for qualifying small and medium sized businesses.  As an aside to this she also offers information and research support to the team.
